How do I pay?

My order got sent back to you?

If you put the incorrect shipping information, you are responsable to pay for another shipping label.

How long do you take to ship out orders?

Orders take 5 to 10 business days (Monday to friday) to process (payment & preparing the order).

How long will it take my order to get to me?

It takes 2 to 4 business days to come for people in France. For the international shipping, it takes between 7 to 15 business days due to the French custom service.

Will I have customs fees?

If you live outside France, you may get some customs fees. We are not responsable for that and we don't refund people if they have customs fees. It's up to you to decide whether to take the risk or not.

Lost or stolen package?

Once package is dropped off to post office, Amanely Beauty is no longer responsable for any stolen or lost packages.

What happens if my item(s) is/are broken or damage?

Is an item is damage, please contact us at amanelybeauty@outlook.com within 24hrs after receving your package in the mail. You must send some pictures and contact information. Must send the product(s) back in order to be replaced.
